During this 85-hour Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Program, as taught by Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa and Sarah Kamrath and based on Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, you will learn to teach postures (including appropriate precautions and modifications for pregnancy), ancient breathing techniques, mudras, and mantras in order to lead an empowering, uplifting prenatal class suitable for every stages of pregnancy. All aspects of preconception, pregnancy, birth, and early parenting are explored.
